For July, 2008, we unveil our first edition in a magazine format, chosen to provide a publication with a cleaner appearance and one that is easier to read. Feature stories include a look at the Athena Track Club, a story on the comeback of 65-year-old Rae Baymiller, and our new Track Scene, Road Scene and Race Walking Scene sections. Each section has a feature article, training profile, results, calendar, and All American information. Also, we have a training column on how to properly warm up, a 15-minute yoga exercise routine, plus lots more.
